Visit with Uncle Mike

Uncle Mike came to visit this weekend. He came down from Steamboat Springs to get his new car... His Subaru broke down so he needed a new one. He isn't very "proud" of the new one, but it will work. It was great to see him, the kids just loved it!
Levi was excited to see Uncle Mike this time, He went right up to him and gave him a big high five.I was glad to see him too!

Sleeping in mommy's bed

Levi is so cute! He fell asleep in my bed with Alyssa's makeup on. He has been having a hard time sleeping in his own bed for the last few weeks. He likes to sleep with mommy and daddy.

Emma is officially a "walker"

She is WALKING!!!! I can't believe it... Emma is going to be 1 on October 2nd. She is growing so fast, Danny is telling me that he is ready for another one.... haha. He must be crazy. I think that he just has a hard time watching them get older, and when they are young it makes him feel younger too... Little does he know, he is an old man.... hehe. Heck we already have this many why not.... We are so blessed, we have amazing children that love us very much.

Anyway, back to Emma, she started taking steps a few weeks



ago and now is walking everywhere. It is crazy how time flies. Soon she will be going to kindergarten...

Skyler went to Homecoming

Skyler went to his first homecoming... Crazy huh. It was from 6-8 at the school. I can't believe he is so big. We are so very proud of him. He is getting amazing grades and is doing so well. Oh yeah, he slow danced with a girl.... hehe He is pretty proud of himself...

September Update

Well I haven't been on here to post a blog in a while. So you are going to into information overload... haha Let me tell ya that it has been kinda quiet around here with school starting and all. Skyler, Corbin, and Alyssa are all in school and it makes my day a little easier at times... Even though my babysitters are gone... (No more naps for me.) Skyler went into a new kind of school. It is called an 8/9 school, so he is going to school with Freshmen. He is getting so big! It seems like it will be a nice school though, it will really help him when it comes time to go to high school. I am going to start going to Parent Accountability meetings next month. It will help me keep in touch with what is going on in the school, they are meetings that parents go to, to know what kind of testing is going on in the classrooms and you kind find out about disapline problems in the school and stuff. It is just nice to know what is happening in the school.
Corbin and Alyssa are both going to the same school. Corbin is in the 4th grade. His teacher, Mrs. Steele, is a very nice lady and I think he is going to have a wonderful year this year. Alyssa is doing great as well. She is in Ms. Pewters' class this year... The big 1st Grade... I think this year is going to be much better than last year. She kind of struggled last year. I am going to be more involved this year. Since I don't have a newborn anymore... Last year it was kind of hard. So this year I have been involved in the PTO... (Parent Teacher Organization) We have a lot of projects to do this year, and it is going to be a blast. I think it will help with all three of the kids if I am more involved... What else do I have to do?

Our New Family Photos

As you can see we got new family photos. They turned out amazing. It has been a long time since we have gotten them taken. The last time we got pictures of the whole family was when Alyssa was 3 months old... So it was time. It was an amazing time and Melissa did an amazing job. If anyone is interested let me know and I will give you her card. She was affordable and she loves her job so she puts her heart and soul into them. Hit me up... That day Levi and Emma were little monsters neither of them wanted to get their pictures taken, but they turned out to be awesome. Just like Danny and I always say..... "Everything always works out". Our new family Pets

We would like to welcome our new family pets. We have four new frogs. Their names are Montana, Misfit, Kachow, and Nickie. The kids are very excited to have the little guys. Roxy the cat is very excited too! She thinks she is going to eat them. haha. We are going to let them back into the wild in a few days. With school starting and all.
