If you know me very well I am not the type to do this kind of stuff. But, it was so much fun and so easy! I made 2 batches of strawberry freezer jam and 1 batch of sugar free strawberry freezer jam... I can't wait to find some more fruit and make more! I just wish that I would have started at the beginning of the summer! Heck, I live 20 minutes from Palisade, Colorado! I am kicking myself!

Katie, your jam looks so good!! I am not much for canning or making jams either. But it sure does feel good when you have it in the freezer and on the shelves. You are an inspiration to us all.
